Mi Goreng is Indonesian for “fried noodle”. Indomie Mi Goreng is simply abbreviated as Indomie goreng by most Indonesians. Indomie Goreng is a type of instant noodle served without soup and is stirred well with soysauce, oil, and seasoning. This instant noodle derived its inspiration from traditional Indonesian dish called mi goreng, a variant of fried noodle common in Indonesia. Many street vendors sell it and traditional mi goreng is considered as common food by the people. This product has gained a cult following in Indonesia and in various other countries, such as Nigeria and Australia. Mi Goreng Instant Noodles is easy to serve and have a practical packaging. Preparation Methods

  1. Put noodles, vegetable mix, and soup base in a bowl, then add 500ml boiling water. Cover the bowl and wait 3 minutes and stir before serve.

Noodles: wheat flour 83.7%, refined palm oil, E319, salt, acidity regulator E452, E501, E500, thickener E412, color E101.

Seasoning oil 6.0%, refined palm oil, E319, chili, garlic, shallot, paprika.

Seasoning powder: salt, sugar, flavorings (contains soybean, gluten, celery), E621, E631, E627. onion, garlic, anti-caking agent E551

Sweet soy sauce 3.6%: sugar, water, salt, soybeans, wheat, spices, sesame oil.

Fried shallot 1,2%: shallot, refined palm oil, E319, chili powder 0.3%.
