Preparation Methods
- Mix 50% wheat flour and 50% wheat gluten flour, add water to make dough, then fry the dough and add flavor and spicy as a meat substitute.
- Mix 20% of wheat gluten flour and 80% wheat flour for bread baking. The bread with gluten flour with rise larger and softer than normal bread.
