Preparation Methods

1. Make dough with mais flour 2 cups with salt and species, plus 2.5 cups of water.
2. Knead the dough until it is smooth and let it rest for 3 minutes.
3. Then prepare the bread arepa. Separate the dough in 10 portions and shape each one into a ball. Press the balls in flat about 10 cm.
4. Then fry the dough in a flat pan over medium heat for 5 minutes for each side as bread.
5. Cut the arepa and fill it with vegetables or cocked chicken before serve.
