Soba noodle is a thin noodle made from buckwheat flour and wheat flour, widely used in Japanese, Korean and Chinese cuisine. Dried soba noodle is much convenient to keep. There is a variety of ways it is prepared and served. The noodles are served either chilled with a dipping sauce (Soba Tsuyu or Japanese Takesan sauce we have), or hot in a noodle soup. It is easy to serve and have a practical packaging. Happy, healthy and easy!
